Basic Thread Industries LTD is a sister concern of Basic Group. We are a private limited liabilities company established in 1997 and we have started commercial operations was at Tejgaon industrial. Our main productions are yarn dying and sewing threads. With an expansions we have relocated our production unit to Bagherbazar, Gazipur, with the landscape area of 100,000 square feet and our production floor area is 170,000 square feet.

Things being what they are, textiles have numerous utilization outside of the fashion world.

Our new factory is equipped with modern technology machines and a laboratory to cater buyer’s standards at utmost satisfactions. Continues development we have mostly automatic and semi-automatic to speed up the productions easy to our work force. Our dying capacity start from 1 kg to 1000kgs and total 41 dying vessels to make the various size according to the customer’s order quantity. And sample supports.

Basic Yarn Dyeing is offering Polyester, Filament, and Nylon Dyed yarn to our valuable customers in cone and pineapple format as per buyer-required standards, our dyeing unit is fully set up with modern technology along with modern Lab-Section. Now all types of yarn like Polyester, Filament and Nylon Yarn dyeing unit totally monitored by our qualified expert team. Our dyeing machines have the capacity from 1kg to 1000kg. We have total 41 dyeing machines at present floor.

We care the nature hence our ETP is 100% Japanese Biological formula and we do not use any chemicals.Basic Thread Industries have employed well experience highly professionals in R&D and production and most of them are continually working with Basic Thread Industries Ltd over a decade.

We are offering multiple products such as spun Polyester sewing thread, Nylon Polyester filament thread, Nylon Thread in cone/ spools or pineapple according to customers’ requirements and full range of dyed yarn accessories such as Jacquards elastics, crochet elastics, twill tapes, drawstrings, draw cords, webbing belts, heat transfer labels, stickers.

Moreover, we are recently launched Flat knit ribs and all kinds of leather patches etc.

All our products are certifies by BSCI, OEKOTEX 100, appendix 6, class 1. And GRS for our recycled products and we are SEDEX approved.

We basic Thread is continuously doing the on researches manmade fibers to be a self-sufficient in Bangladesh RMG industries, and we are continuously doing the researches sustainability products as well.
